Named Baron Thierry and Carle Vernet, the two Suites thoroughly reflect the spirit of the establishment. With a view over the ponds, the bedroom and adjoining lounge combine charm, calm and elegance.
For a bit of historical background, Baron Thierry built a manor house and a church in Ville-d’Avray. He said that this town was “the only place I could breathe clean air”. Carle Vernet, meanwhile, was an artist who created a painting entitled Chasse au daim pour la Saint-Hubert en 1818 dans les bois de Meudon (Deer Hunting on Saint Hubert's Day in 1818 in the Forest of Meudon). The painting represents the exact area where the hotel can be found today.
With a generous size at around 40 m², the two Suites at Les Étangs de Corot are true gems, with each one boasting a lounge area. They provide a delightful space of comfort and calm looking out onto the beautiful natural surroundings of Ville-d’Avray.
