If there is one season which unveil the most the potential of the surrounding nature, it is firmly Autumn. While the ponds are attiring themselves in their most beautiful colors, nature for its part starts to reveal its best flavours.

That is why, Chef Rémi Chambard from the 1-Michelin star restaurant Le Corot, offers a special menu during  November. Directly inspired from the wooded environment surrounding Les Etangs de Corot, this menu will underline seasonal products with assertive taste.
