The Dining Room

The dining room is a natural setting where the splendour of our terroirs blends with a serene and refined atmosphere.

Here, like nowhere else, our guests are invited to take their seats in a refined setting. A true alliance of noble, rare and natural materials, such as solid wood and stone.

Under the vaulted ceiling of the restaurant, enjoy a carefully orchestrated show, a brilliant ballet between the dining room and the kitchen.

This is where Chef Rémi Chambard expresses his convictions: a unique and gourmet cuisine.

In the midst of this delicate and refined decor, exquisite flavours, precise gestures and a sense of hospitality come together for a unique gastronomic escapade.

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Summer closure from Sunday 3 August to 28 August inclusive.

Settled around this large solid walnut table for 8 to 10 people, enjoy a deeply warm moment where the art of getting together is put on stage.

Our table d'hôtes is the ideal place for your exclusive events, where you can enjoy starred cuisine in complete privacy.

With their eyes riveted on the creation, the secrets of the refined dishes will be shared and will offer emotion and privilege to those who grant themselves this immersive experience.

In the intimacy of a confidential space, just a few steps from our cellar, let our Head Sommelier guide you on an extraordinary sensory journey. Each dish devised by Chef Rémi Chambard showcases the finest products, sublimated by prestigious combinations chosen with precision.

Experience available by reservation only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday at dinner and Friday and Saturday at lunch - Minimum 2 people - 8-step La Grande Balade menu for all guests, accompanied by a ‘Les Grands Crus dans le temps’ food and wine pairing.
