INVENTIVE GOURMET CUISINE
Through his cuisine, Chef Rémi Chambard blends classic traditions with a sense of the contemporary, dishing up freshness, lightness and visual splendour. Just like the painter Corot who immortalised the surrounding ponds, Chambard is inspired by nature. He does his “urban foraging” (as he puts it) at the Potager du Roi (Royal Vegetable Garden) in Versailles.
The selection of wines available is impressive, with vintage Bordeaux Grands Crus alongside red and white Burgundy vintages and wines from newer growers in the Val du Loire.
